Canary Beans Can Reduce Risk of Prostate Cancer

Canary Beans can be a natural secret weapon to ward off prostate cancer. A study showed that eating nuts regularly can reduce the risk of tumors.
This is borne out by rats. Prostate cancer growth was reduced by 30 percent in the laboratory using a mouse as an experiment with two handfuls of walnut fed every day for two months.

Although using rats, researchers from the United States believes these findings are directly relevant to humans. Study leader, Paul Davis, from the University of California at Davis, said that kacag walnuts must be part of the diet for prostate health. "They must be part of a balanced diet that includes lots of fruits and vegetables."

Approximately 35 000 men in the UK diagnosed with prostate cancer every year, and unfortunately that 10,000 men died of cancer. Although most cancer susceptibility is due to heredity, the experts believe that the disease is strongly associated with environmental factors like diet. Canary Beans contain substances that provide health, including omega-3 fatty acids, Vitamin E which fight inflammation, and antioxidant polyphenol compounds.
