Pomegranate juice could slow prostate cancer after a nurse



According to long-term research published in the 104th Annual Scientific Meeting of the American Urological Association in Chicago April 25 to 30 2009ditemukan that the pomegranate juice may slow the progression of prostate cancer returning after medical treatment.

Two-phase trial conducted in 48 participants for more than six years. After having radio therapy or surgery, the levels of PSA (Prostate Specific antigen) of patients increases. These patients then were given 8 oz of pomegranate juice every day. After six years of his PSA levels decreased by as much as 60%.
